  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 medium tomato, diced

  • Salt and cumin to taste

  • Oil for frying

  • 1 egg (beaten with 1 tablespoon water, optional for brushing)

  • Oven temperature: 180–190°C (356–374°F)

  • Baking time: 25–35 minutes
