🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 large head of cauliflower

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce 🍅

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese đź§€

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons finely diced salami, ham, or pepperoni (optional)

Fresh parsley or basil to garnish 🌿
🔥 Instructions:
Step 1: Prep the Cauliflower

Remove the outer leaves and trim the base of the cauliflower.

Cut into thick “steaks” (about 1-inch thick slices). You should get 2–3 full slices; the rest can be roasted separately.
Step 2: Roast the Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cauliflower steaks on it.

Brush each slice with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.

Roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
