Cheesy Baked Cauliflower Steaks with Pizza Toppings 🍕

A healthy and hearty alternative to pizza, perfect as a main dish or a fun veggie side. Golden cauliflower slabs baked with cheese, sauce, and savory toppings—simple, satisfying, and guilt-free!


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 large head of cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce 🍅

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese đź§€

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons finely diced salami, ham, or pepperoni (optional)

  • Fresh parsley or basil to garnish 🌿


🔥 Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Cauliflower

  • Remove the outer leaves and trim the base of the cauliflower.

  • Cut into thick “steaks” (about 1-inch thick slices). You should get 2–3 full slices; the rest can be roasted separately.

Step 2: Roast the Cauliflower

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cauliflower steaks on it.

  • Brush each slice with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.

  • Roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
