🧂 Ingredients:

300g (10 oz) pasta (strozzapreti, penne, or your choice)

300g (10 oz) beef strips (sirloin or rump steak), thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

200ml (¾ cup) heavy cream

100ml (⅓ cup) beef or vegetable broth

50g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or paprika for extra flavor

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Prepare the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned (about 3–4 minutes). Remove and set aside. -
Sauté Aromatics:
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the chopped onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. -
