🧂 Ingredients:

  • 300g (10 oz) pasta (strozzapreti, penne, or your choice)

  • 300g (10 oz) beef strips (sirloin or rump steak), thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 200ml (¾ cup) heavy cream

  • 100ml (⅓ cup) beef or vegetable broth

  • 50g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or paprika for extra flavor

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Beef:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned (about 3–4 minutes). Remove and set aside.

  3. Sauté Aromatics:
    In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the chopped onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
