📝 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 crepes):

  • 1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs 🥚

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) water

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 🧂

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or melted butter)

  • 1/2 cup fresh scallions (green onions), finely chopped 🧅

  • 2 tablespoons parsley or cilantro, chopped 🌿 (optional for extra flavor)

  • Pinch of black pepper or chili flakes (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour and salt together.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, water, and oil until combined.

  • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry, whisking to avoid lumps.
