Ingredients:

 

1/2 lemon (sliced)
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cucumber (sliced)
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 cup brewed green tea (chilled)
2 cups of water
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Make a cup of green tea and let it cool.
In a large jug, add the lemon slices, grated ginger, cucumber and mint leaves.
Pour the chilled green tea and water over the ingredients.
Add the apple cider vinegar and mix well.
Let the drink sit for 15 to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Add ice cubes if desired and enjoy!
For best results, drink one glass in the morning on an empty stomach and another before bed.
