Tiramisu lovers, you’re in for a creamy, dreamy treat with a twist! This Goudron Tiramisu is soft, sweet, and bursting with flavor – perfect for Sunday family lunches, birthdays, or simply when your sweet tooth calls.

🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need:

🍰 For the Cake Base:

  • 2 large eggs 🥚

  • 120g granulated sugar 🍬

  • 50ml sunflower oil 🌻

  • 60ml milk 🥛

  • 170g all-purpose flour 🌾

  • 8g baking powder (about 2 tsp)

  • A pinch of salt 🧂

☕ For the Coffee Soak:

  • 3 cups strong moka coffee ☕

  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

🍦 For the Mascarpone Cream Layer:

  • 250g mascarpone cheese

  • 250g crème fraîche (or whipping cream, semi-whipped)

  • 100g powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍫 For the Topping:

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Dark chocolate flakes or curls 🍫

🧁 How to Make It – Step by Step

Step 1: Prepare the Cake Base
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt until the mixture becomes light, pale, and foamy (about 5 minutes with a hand mixer). Slowly add the sunflower oil and milk while mixing on low speed.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, and gently fold into the wet ingredients until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

Step 2: Bake the Base
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and flour a 28 cm tart or springform pan. Pour in your batter and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Step 3: Make the Coffee Soak
While the cake cools, prepare the coffee soak by brewing 3 cups of strong moka coffee. Add a tablespoon of sugar and stir well. Let it come to room temperature.

Step 4: Whip the Cream Filling
Whip the crème fraîche just until soft peaks form. In another bowl, whisk the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the semi-whipped cream to create a light, velvety mousse-like texture.

Step 5: Assemble Your Goudron Tiramisu
Place the cooled cake base upside-down onto your serving dish (so the smooth bottom becomes the top). Slowly drizzle or brush the coffee over the entire surface to soak it thoroughly.

Spread the mascarpone cream generously over the soaked base. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 6: Decorate & Chill
Dust the top with a generous layer of unsweetened cocoa powder, and sprinkle with dark chocolate flakes or curls for an elegant finish. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 hours to let all the flavors come together beautifully.

💡 Tips for Perfection:

  • For extra coffee flavor, add a few drops of coffee liqueur to the soak.

  • Want it fluffier? Use a chiffon-style sponge cake as the base.

  • You can prepare this a day ahead – it’s even better the next day!

🥄 Serve, Slice & Swoon!

Every forkful of this Goudron Tiramisu melts in your mouth – a balance of rich cream, soft cake, and bold espresso notes. It’s not just a dessert… it’s an experience. ❤️
