A creamy, tangy, and nostalgic egg salad with a garlicky twist — perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or a hearty breakfast.


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon medium-hot mustard
  • 125 ml natural yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 large gherkins (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (pressed) or 1 teaspoon wild garlic pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil the Eggs:
    • Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water.
    • Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
    • Let the eggs cool in cold water, then peel.
  2. Prep the Ingredients:
    • Finely dice the hard-boiled eggs and gherkins.
    • Peel and press the garlic (or substitute with wild garlic pesto for a milder flavor).
