🛒 Ingredients:

30 oz shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

1 lb ground pork sausage (Jimmy Dean’s recommended)

1 medium onion, finely diced

1 red bell pepper, diced
-
½ cup butter, melted
-
10 eggs
-
1 cup milk
-
½ tsp dried marjoram
-
½ tsp dried thyme
-
½ tsp seasoned salt
-
½ tsp ground black pepper
-
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
3 green onions, thinly sliced (divided)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prep the Dish:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Layer Hash Browns:
Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the dish.
Cook the Sausage Mixture:
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
When halfway done, add onion and red bell pepper.
Cook until sausage is browned and onions are soft. Remove from heat.
Add Butter & Cheese:
Pour melted butter over hash browns and toss to coat.
Sprinkle half the shredded cheddar over the hash browns.
Assemble the Casserole:
