1. Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, mix yeast, warm milk, water, and sugar. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.

Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour gradually. Knead until smooth and elastic (8–10 mins).

Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2. Make the Filling

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add spinach and chopped artichokes. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
3. Assemble the Bread

Roll the dough into a large rectangle.

Spread the filling evenly.

Roll up the dough into a log and cut it lengthwise down the center.

Twist the two halves together (cut-side up) and place in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Brush the loaf with egg wash and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
