1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan, covering the bottom and about 1 inch up the sides.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
