📝 Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained, for garnish)

For the Optional Glaze:

  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon water

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
  • Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan, covering the bottom and about 1 inch up the sides.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

2. Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the orange zest, fresh juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping in two batches to keep the filling light and fluffy.
