No-Bake Palmier Cookie Cream Cake 🥮

✨ Light, creamy, and incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients:

  • 400–500 g palmier cookies (or any puff pastry cookies)
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
  • 200 g unsalted butter (room temperature)

Instructions:

🥄 Step 1: Make the Custard Cream

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together:
    • Eggs
    • Sugar
    • Cornstarch
    • Flour
      Slowly add the milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens into a smooth custard.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let it cool to room temperature, covering the surface with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
  4. Once cooled, beat the soft butter in a bowl until fluffy, then gradually add the custard, beating until smooth and creamy.
