Slowly add the evaporated milk while stirring constantly, allowing the mixture to thicken.

  • Gradually add the grated cheddar cheese, stirring until it melts into a smooth sauce.

  • Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and seafood mixture. Stir to combine.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Transfer everything to a well-buttered baking dish.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by panko bread crumbs.

  • Lightly dust with paprika for color.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
