🛒 Ingredients (Makes approx. 12–14 rolls)

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (ready-to-use, from the refrigerated section)

  • 1 bunch spring onions, or 2 small shallots/onions, finely diced

  • 1 pack of cream cheese or sour cream (about 200 g)

  • 150 g ham, diced (raw or cooked)

  • Pepper, to taste

  • A pinch of salt

  • (Optional: Provençal herbs or fresh thyme)
