📝 Ingredients:

  • 300g (10 oz) orecchiette pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 250g (9 oz) Italian sausage (casings removed, cut into chunks)

  • 100ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream

  • 50g (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

  • A handful of fresh spinach or arugula 🥬

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Optional: a pinch of red chili flakes 🌶️


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook the orecchiette until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
