📝 Ingredients:

  • 1.2 kg pork ribs 🐖

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 🫒

  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed 🧄

  • 1 sprig rosemary 🌿

  • 1 sprig sage 🌿

  • 2 bay leaves 🍃

  • 1 glass full-bodied red wine 🍷

  • 400 g tomato purée 🍅

  • 200 ml meat broth or hot water 🥣

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper 🧂

  • Chili pepper (optional) 🌶️


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Brown the meat:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil and brown the pork ribs on all sides until nicely golden. Add the garlic and let it infuse without burning. 🔥
