- Cover hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap.
- Let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes . The vinegar helps to detach the nits and the oil suffocates the lice.
4. Combing  :
- After the application time, use a fine-toothed lice comb to remove dead lice and nits. Work strand by strand.
5. Lavage :

- Wash hair with a mild shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
- Repeat washing if necessary to remove all traces of oil.
Frequency of use  :
- Repeat the treatment every 3 days for a week to ensure all lice and nits are eliminated.
Additional tips  :

- Wash sheets and clothes  : To prevent re-infestation, wash anything that has been in contact with hair (pillows, hats, etc.).
- Lice Comb  : Use a fine metal comb to maximize nit removal.
- Prevention  : Apply a few drops of lavender essential oil behind the ears and at the base of the neck to keep lice away.
