Make the Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Mix crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter.

  • Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  • Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.

  • Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

    • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    • Fold in whipped topping.

    • Spread over cooled crust and seal edges so Jell-O doesn’t seep through. Chill for 30 mins.

    • Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water. Let cool to room temp.
